Booking a gulet with us is easy and uncomplicated. In order to make you familiar with the booking process, we have decided to describe this process in some of the most important steps.
CONTACT
If you have no idea which gulet to book, you can simply send us an inquiry by filling out our online booking form and our experienced team will be happy to help you choose the gulet cruise that best suits your needs and desires.
Or you can browse our gulet fleet and choose on your own the best option for you that will fit your vacation schedule, tastes and budget.
After you have decided which gulet you wish to book, please contact us with your enquiry. We appreciate as much information as we can get from your first contact. The important information we need in order to send you our detailed best offer are: charter period, preferred destination, number of cabins or guests and if available your weekly budget.
OFFER
Once we have received your inquiry we will review our fleet and will send you our complete offer which includes the information about the availability and current rental prices of the gulets we recommend you to book according to your requirements. Our offer also includes all the information about the additional costs, food & beverage, as well as any other costs.
OPTION
We can offer an 'option' or 'hold' for any gulet yacht you wish to charter. This is a provisional booking to be made on your behalf pending receipt of your contract and deposit. An option is usually valid for 7 days (depending on the gulet) and provided that payment and documents are received within the allowed time. Upon receipt, your charter will be confirmed.
BOOKING
Once you have made your decision we will book this gulet for you. After receiving a final confirmation including all requested personal data (preference list) we will send a Charter Contract. This contract contains all the important information for your charter as well as all the details needed to make the payment.
