How does Guletturco work ?
Just following these steps:
1. Customers come to www.guletturco.com and search for gulet in the city or country they're looking to make a booking
2. A list of gulet will be presented to customers after they submit their search. Customers may then use basic filters or advanced filters to narrow down the list to find the right gulet yacht.
3. Clients then send direct inquiries to us by clicking on the Enquire button at the top right or Send button on the right side of each yacht page.
4. We will reply back with an offer to book the boat with the details the customer provided or with similar details. An inquiry can also be declined if the gulet yacht is unavailable.
5. If the customer approves an offer, we will pepare the charter contract and send you to sign. We wil ask you to wire the deposit so that the yacht can be reserved for you. You will receive a confirmation email and be put in touch.
That's it! You are well on your way to getting out on the water or helping someone enjoy a gulet yacht holiday !

When and how should I plan my charter ?
Yacht rental period for the new season begins at the end of summer (October-November) every year.
Rental Process:
1-See how many persons you will be, and how many cabins you need.
2-Look at your budget. Gulet yachts are available from classic over luxury to deluxe, for almost every budget.
3-Than you choose the destination, itinerary and period. Usually the charter periods are trips are weekly from Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 10 am.
4-Send us an e-mail or request with that information, so we can make the best offer for you.
5-After matching your gulet yacht, we will send you a charter contract which you will sign, scan and send back to us. A down payment of 40% is required for complete the booking. Once the aggrement is signed, the down payment has to be done within 3-4 days. This is to be transferred to our bank account . Now your booking is confirmed.
The rest of the amount will be paid at your arrival on board in cash.
The peak season can be busy. We recommend you to book in advance so you can have more gulet yacht options and benefit from early booking discounts.

What is the sailing season ?
The sailing period for the Mediterranean seas are; from the begining of April to the end of October. The bussiest, hot and most expensive peak season is July and August.
What is a private charter ?
Chartering a private gulet offers you ultimate comfort, privacy and flexibility on the menu and itinerary. The gulet and crew are there just for you. There is a choice of gulet yachts with at least 2 cabins up to 16 cabins for groups of all sizes. We have listed our gulet yachts into three categories; Deluxe, luxury, and classic
What are the differences between Classic, Luxury and Deluxe category yachts ?
Classic Gulet: Gulet yachts in this category are designed in the same structure. Each cabin has a private shower and toilet. Rental prices are affordable. They are standard boats with limited air conditioning. Rental prices are affordable.
Luxury Gulet: These Gulet yachts have larger cabins than the Classic yachts. Each cabin has a private bathroom and air conditioning. Relatively new and well-kept boats. Suitable for rental rates.
Deluxe Gulet: Deluxe Gulet yachts have been designed taking into account the needs of all types of guests who are looking for a custom-made. All the rooms are air-conditioned and individually decorated. No expense was spared. These yachts are equipped with the latest technology of equipment. The crew is trained and offer a high standard of service. Some of the crew speaks English. Rates are also determined by taking into consideration.
What is included in charter fees ?
Turkey: Fuel, all charter and berth taxes, harbour and mooring expenses, transit-log, electric, water, bed linen equipments, towels, internet and dinghy with outboard.
Greece: Fuel, transit-log, electric, water, bed linen equipments, towels, internet and dinghy with outboard.
Croatia: Fuel, transit-log, electric, water, bed linen equipments, towels, internet and dinghy with outboard.
What is not included in charter fees ?
Harbour taxes and mooring expenses in foreign waters, food and beverages, land excursions, airport transfer and crew tip.
How is life on board and what do I do on a charter ?
On our exclusive charter tours, your yacht will anchor in 2 or 3 bays daily depending on the chosen itinerary and there will be a maximum of 4 hours of cruising per day. The last stop is where you will stay overnight. Usually the engine is used to propel the yacht. However, if wind/weather conditions permit, your crew will be happy to share the sails from time to time. All our ships are equipped with a dinghy equipped with an outboard engine. Once the gulet is moored, you have free time to visit archaeological ruins and take a little walk through the pine forests. Read your book and have a siesta in the shade with a light breeze. Of course, sea lovers can swim, snorkel, and sunbathe. We can also organize private shore excursions to nearby towns, ancient sites and natural attractions upon request. At night you can choose to stay in a quiet cove or stay at the port for shopping or to go out in the evening.
What about food & beverage on board ?
Food & Beverage will be decided before the trip according to your requests and preferences. Drinks can be ordered by the crew at any time. Guests can decide about the daily meals. The meals during the cruise are freshly prepared by the cook on board and are of a high standard. We have three menu options.

Can I bring alcohol on board ?
If you rent a private yacht you can bring your alcohol from outside onto the boat. In Croatia and Greece a corkage fee can be requested.
What is the charter time Schedule ?
The period for a gulet charter is a week, Saturday to Saturday. Check in is usually in the afternoon, between 3-5 p.m., and check out is between 8-10 a.m. On the first day you can leave the harbor until late afternoon and anchor in a bay.
How about air condition on board ?
Shore power or an onboard generator is required for air conditioning. Only the deluxe yachts have up to 2 generators and 24 hour air conditioning. If you have booked a luxury or classic gulet with air conditioning, the air conditioning is used up to 10 hours a day to cool the cabins in the hotter months. At night in a quiet bay, the noise of the generator can be annoying. Therefore it is usually switched off. Many guests also prefer sleeping outside on the upper deck.
Is there electricity on a boat ?
Inside the harbors; there is always 220 volts electricity for all boats. Outside the harbor; Yachts today always have power from a generator or inverter.
Is there a internet connection / wi-fi on board ?
On luxury and deluxe yachts; there is a unlimited internet connection available. Nowadays classic yachts also have internet. If you absolutely need an internet connection, ask us. In almost every place we visit, there is the cellular data network signal.
