Route From Split

Split is the second largest city in Croatia and is located on a peninsula on Croatia's Adriatic coast. With almost 170,000 residents, it is the economic and cultural center of the Dalmatian region. Split was established around the year 305, making it one of the oldest Croatian cities. During a cultural journey of discovery in the old town, numerous sights and historical treasures could be found. A particular attraction for visitors is the Diocletian's Palace from the 4th century. The city center of Split with the world-famous palace was on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1979.
